About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Claims Specialist Manager to lead our general insurance claims team. If you have a strong claims background and a passion for client service, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general insurance claims across motor, property, liability, and more.
  • Lead and coach a team of claims specialists to deliver excellent service.
  • Handle complex and escalated claims, providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with insurers, adjusters, and legal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in general insurance claims.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of claims procedures and insurer practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Experience in an insurance brokerage is a strong advantage.
