The Role
This organization is looking for motivated Chief Technology Officer to join the team. This Technology leader should ideally come with a strong experience developing and managing high traffic websites, integrated with large scale systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with other Senior Management team to align the business strategy and the technology strategy of the Company
  • Building and maintaining a scalable technology platform to drive competitive differentiation in the market
  • Understanding the company strategy, design overall company product strategy
  • Coordinating with internal resources to prioritize and implement product strategy
  • Driving the Company's overall strategy, overseeing and leading a high-performance technical organization designed to achieve the Company's growth targets
  • Having an oversight for all major product development activity across the Company from ideation through commercialization
  • Building technology and product strategies based on thoughtful consumer insights, thorough competitive analysis and a deep understanding of emerging trends

To qualify, candidates must possess:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • A broad view of the End to End technical stack, from application layer to Infra layer, with the knowledge of the cloud computing and big data, such as Java/.Net Core/PHP/Python/Scala/Go/C++ development, JDBC, XML, Web Service
  • Knowledge of modern application architectures (cloud-native on-demand, distributed Microservice, CQRS/Event Sourcing), enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • A good understanding of the business strategy, can help to translate the business strategy into the technical objective, strategy and roadmap
  • Ability to manage the carrying out of the technical roadmap, make sure the tech team achieve the technical objective
  • A good sense of the technical team management, should know how to build the technical culture among the team
  • Strong leadership style and skills; ability to coach, motivate, influence, develop and mentor
  • Hands on, entrepreneurial, startup attitude and an ability to work with diverse teams
  • An open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
