The Role

Driving strategy and transformation across the full breadth of the organisation:

• Shape and coordinate enterprise-wide business plans, supported by forecasting models, performance benchmarking, and data-driven analytics
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and defined accountability
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation programmes
• Provide strategic capital expenditure input and technical guidance across the asset lifecycle to maximise returns
• Oversee asset management governance and manage land acquisition matters in liaison with relevant regulatory bodies
• Chair governance committees focused on operational reliability, safety, and performance improvement

What We're Looking For

A bold, experienced executive who can operate at both strategic and operational levels:

• Degree-qualified with at least 20 years' professional experience, of which a minimum of 15 years spans strategy, transformation, planning, finance, engineering, or operations
• Demonstrated expertise in formal programme or project management, with a strong track record of delivering at scale
• Background in a government-linked or public sector environment, with preference for exposure to transportation, logistics, or related industries
• Confidence presenting and reporting to Board level, with sound commercial judgement and strong analytical capability
