The Role

A position where your decisions shape outcomes across the entire project lifecycle:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations spanning infrastructure, utilities, commercial leasing, and project delivery
  • Evaluate and approve project proposals, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline standards are consistently upheld
  • Act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, resolving critical issues to maintain project momentum
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through active coaching, mentoring, and structured team development
  • Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, utility providers, and government agencies to secure timely approvals
  • Champion smart industrial solutions, sustainability initiatives, and innovation to strengthen long-term competitiveness

What We're Looking For

A technically grounded leader with the gravitas to operate at the most senior level:

  • Relevant degree, ideally in Civil or Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years in the industry, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within a sizeable property development organisation
  • Proven track record in managing development and investment projects across complex building environments
  • Strong financial literacy, including the ability to assess project feasibility, cash flows, and investment returns
  • Solid grounding in contract management, quantity surveying, building materials, and industry regulations
  • High integrity, sound judgement, and the confidence to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
