The Role

  • Define and deliver business development strategies aligned to company goals
  • Champion customer satisfaction by coordinating cross-departmental responses to client needs
  • Drive the successful introduction of new products to market
  • Manage regulatory documentation for product registration, notification, and certification
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers
  • Analyse marketing activity reports and customer feedback to guide future direction
  • Maintain regular collaboration with QA and R&D teams to progress key initiatives
What We're Looking For

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing or business development role
  • Confident written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level
