The Role

Build the pipeline. Open the markets. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Design and implement strategies to grow the battery energy storage solutions business across local and international markets
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships in the renewable energy and utility sectors
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including utilities, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government bodies
• Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations through to successful deal closure
• Collaborate with suppliers to strengthen partnerships and develop joint commercial opportunities in target markets
• Partner with technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions are closely aligned with client requirements
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pipeline reporting to support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

A driven, strategic professional ready to make a real commercial impact:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• 5-7 years of business development or commercial experience in energy, power, or renewable energy
• Solid understanding of power systems, solar PV, and energy storage markets
• Proven track record of achieving targets and developing new markets
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
