The Role

Hunt, pitch, and win - here's what you'll be focused on day to day:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Air Freight and Ocean Freight, including FCL and LCL
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market intelligence
• Develop tailored freight solutions and prepare competitive quotations, RFQs, and tender submissions
• Negotiate and close contracts, achieving revenue and gross profit targets
• Monitor market trends, trade lane movements, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales activity reports
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

What We're Looking For

A self-driven freight sales professional ready to make an impact:

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on air and seafreight
• Solid understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, trade lanes, and freight pricing
• An existing portfolio of clients across manufacturing, trading, or retail sectors is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
