The Role

Hunt, win, and grow - here's what success looks like day to day:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across air and sea freight, including FCL, LCL, and air cargo solutions
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Design tailored freight solutions based on customer trade lanes, timelines, and cost requirements
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to drive retention and repeat business
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements in line with commercial strategy
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking pipeline, margin, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

A self-starter with a proven freight sales track record:

3-5 years of new business (hunting) sales experience within freight forwarding

  • Solid knowledge of air and sea freight, including FCL, LCL, and air cargo services
  • Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and closing skills
  • An existing network of industry contacts is a distinct advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with real autonomy
