The Role

Own your territory and grow the business - here's what you'll be focused on:

  • Drive sales of high-value industrial machinery to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
  • Build, manage, and expand a network of dealers, distributors, and end-user customers
  • Plan and execute an annual sales programme, including structured customer and distributor visits
  • Collaborate with the local team on go-to-market strategy, market intelligence, and distributor training
  • Produce regular activity reports and market analysis to support strategic business planning

What We're Looking For

A technically strong sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-impact territory:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience with high-value capital equipment
  • Background in machinery or industrial sales is essential; experience in wood machinery is a distinct advantage
  • Proven ability to build and manage dealer and distributor networks
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and confident working independently
