The Role

Drive growth and open new doors - here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead business development initiatives to grow the company's footprint in Malaysia and support broader regional growth strategies
  • Prepare and manage commercial proposals, RFQs/RFPs, contracts, and competitive pricing strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth commercial execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, global partners, carriers, and vendors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities
  • Support end-to-end tender management, from documentation through to on-time submission

What We're Looking For

A results-focused BD professional ready to make an impact:

  • 5-8 years of business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong commercial acumen, ideally with exposure to Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, or 4PL solutions
  • Proven ability to manage regional or international business engagements
  • Sharp negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with digital logistics platforms is an added advantage
