Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Previous coding or software development exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT project delivery practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and collaborative delivery frameworks.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multicultural teams in the APAC region.
