Business Analysis Manager / AVP (Retail Banking & Wealth)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to projects involving end-to-end process and customer journey mapping, business analysis, and insights synthesis for the WPB business globally.
• Coordinate engagement with stakeholders and SMEs across the bank, and assist to facilitate service mapping workshops
• Provide service mapping subject matter expertise to WPB business areas, and various Value Streams and Sub Value Streams.
• Support and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic process risk & control mapping documentation, and customer-centric journey designs.
• Contribute to the maintenance of process maps and risk and control overlays for all Critical Business Services in WPB.
• Support to drive improvement of standards, maturity and methods for end-to-end Process Mapping, Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping.
• Support initiatives in line with the Global WPB CAO agenda.

Key Requirements

• Educated to Degree level in business management related field, or demonstrated relevant business service management and customer journey/process mapping experience
• 3+ years of experience preferably in business analysis, process mapping, customer centric design, and/or consultancy
• Customer journey mapping and/or process mapping experience preferred
