The Role

- Shaping and maintaining brand positioning and messaging across all channels and markets
- Creating insight-led content that builds trust and generates demand among target audiences
- Owning thought leadership across topics including APAC expansion, workforce compliance, and HR advisory
- Aligning brand messaging to campaign and pipeline goals with the broader marketing team
- Producing long-form assets including articles, whitepapers, and executive perspectives
- Developing compelling client case studies to reinforce brand credibility
- Ensuring content is optimised for SEO and AI-driven discovery (GEO)
- Overseeing content quality, tone, and structure across a small content team
What We're Looking For
A strategic brand thinker with strong B2B credentials:
- Five to eight years' experience in brand, content strategy, or B2B marketing
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured, high-impact messaging
- A background in professional services, HR, or advisory industries would be advantageous
- Solid SEO knowledge, with awareness of GEO as a bonus
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance brand integrity with business objectives
