The Role

Own the branch, drive the results - here's what you'll be accountable for:

• Take full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth, cost optimisation, and overall branch profitability
• Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and road
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow market presence and win new business
• Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, carriers, and business partners
• Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer service
• Drive continuous process improvement aligned with global operational standards
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks

What We're Looking For

A commercially strong, operationally astute logistics leader:

• 8-12 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of multimodal freight forwarding operations - sea, air, and land
• Proven P&L management experience with a track record of delivering business growth
• Strong commercial acumen, including sales, key account management, and business development
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
