The Role

As a Bancassurance Advisor based in Kuala Lumpur, you will provide tailored financial advice spanning retirement planning, education savings, investment strategies, and life protection. Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with Area Managers and Relationship Managers to identify and strategise on potential clients
- Conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses and presenting customised proposals
- Reviewing client insurance portfolios to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable solutions
- Assessing clients' financial portfolios and risk appetite
- Following up diligently with prospects from appointment through to policy conversion
- Supporting the planning and execution of weekly Banca events

What We Are Looking For

- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum Diploma in Finance or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial institution
- CFP certification or other relevant licences are an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Up to date with the latest financial products, market trends, and industry developments
