The Role
Here's what your day-to-day looks like:
- Promoting and selling insurance and protection solutions to the bank's existing customer base
- Understanding customer financial needs and matching them to the right products
- Growing and maintaining a strong client portfolio through referrals and daily interactions
- Supporting sales campaigns, roadshows, and new customer acquisition initiatives
- Keeping up with compliance and regulatory standards at all times
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
- 1-3 years' experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial advisory (motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Relevant industry licences such as PCE, CEILLI, TBE/TBEC, FIMM, or IPPC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A confident, consultative approach to customer engagement
- Prior experience with priority or affluent banking clients is a plus
