Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a skilled Dev-QA Engineer to join their team on site. This is a hands-on role at the centre of CRM quality assurance, working across multiple platforms and integrations that underpin customer-facing operations.

The Role

Here's what you'll be getting stuck into:

• Designing and maintaining automated and manual test cases across CRM platforms including Salesforce, Whalecloud EBS, and telco CRM systems
• Validating end-to-end CRM workflows covering customer onboarding, order management, billing, and data synchronisation
• Developing and executing REST/SOAP API tests and conducting integration testing across CRM, billing, and middleware platforms
• Supporting UAT, SIT, and regression testing cycles, identifying defects and ensuring timely resolution
• Establishing QA best practices across test strategy, data management, and defect lifecycle processes
• Contributing to release validation and cloud migration testing to ensure post-migration system consistency

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you bring:

• 3-6+ years' QA or Dev-QA experience, ideally within CRM or telco environments
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) or Whalecloud EBS
• Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g. Postman), SQL, and multi-system integration testing
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright
• A solid understanding of telco processes including billing, order management, and customer lifecycle management
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS/cloud migration testing is a welcome advantage
