The Role
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Leading annual sales and Gross-to-Net planning across the Key Account channel
- Supporting the preparation and negotiation of Joint Business Plans with key retail partners
- Providing category management insights and planogram support in collaboration with the marketing team
- Analysing monthly scan data, including Nielsen and Dunnhumby, to track performance and identify market opportunities
- Defining and tracking Perfect Store standards to elevate in-store execution
- Building an efficient merchandiser network to optimise stock availability and shelf compliance
- Designing and managing channel incentive schemes to drive high performance
What We're Looking For
A commercial mindset backed by strong analytical ability is essential:
- A relevant degree and between five and ten years' experience in Key Account sales, sales operations, or trade marketing
- A background in the FMCG industry is a must
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with Nielsen or retailer scan data
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a cross-functional team
