Our client, a well-established consumer goods business with operations across Malaysia and Singapore, is looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

The Role
Here's what you'll be driving day to day:
  • Planning and executing trade promotions and channel activities to meet sales and brand objectives
  • Supporting the creation and performance tracking of point-of-sale materials alongside the creative team
  • Assisting with retail space planning, shelf optimisation, and expanding distribution presence
  • Reviewing brand and sales data to support future marketing and trade planning
  • Monitoring the trade marketing budget and escalating any cost irregularities
  • Working with the e-commerce team on new product listings within agreed timelines
  • Liaising with logistics to maintain strong stock availability
  • Compiling and delivering weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
You'll stand out if you bring:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of hands-on trade marketing experience in an FMCG setting
  • Knowledge of planogramming and trade spend management
  • Confident use of MS Office and reporting or market research tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
