The Role You'll lead on pricing development and product delivery, from concept through to implementation.
  • Own the development of pricing solutions for new product launches, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Conduct independent reviews of pricing frameworks, covering assumptions, methodology, and system logic
  • Prepare governance submissions, regulatory filings, and materials for regional review boards
  • Lead end-to-end UAT to validate pricing calculations and product behaviour across systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and new business teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For A self-driven, technically strong actuary ready to lead, collaborate, and grow.
  • Qualification from IFOA, SOA, or CAS
  • Solid background in insurance pricing, with strong analytical and modelling capability
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a genuine interest in mentoring others
