Assistant Manager, Life Claims

In this role, you are responsible for the day to day claims operation duties within the team, ensuring valid claims are assessed according to Policy's terms & benefits. Support Claims Manager in leading, mentoring and providing on the job training for a team of claims executive in processing individual life claims efficiently. In addition, you also provide claims statistics reporting and perform and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Insurance professional qualifications preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of claim assessment
- Good understanding of the principles for all types of individual life, health (traditional life, investment linked, private medical, global health, integrated shield) products.
- Good understanding of the regulatory aspects of life, health and investment linked insurance industry (MAS,LIA,CPF Board, MOH)
