Job description

Our client is a Fortune 500 Company setting up a Regional Hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive HRBP to pioneer the setup and this person will be responsible for shaping and driving the HR strategy by consulting and providing solutions to the leadership team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and innovative business partnering with the leadership team to consult and provide HR solutions in the areas of talent management, workforce planning, HR Projects and change management.
  • Build HR plans and budgets for the centre.
  • Initiate and drive successful execution of HR projects
  • Ensure that the company values are well adopted by employees.
  • Provide advice and coaching to develop the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience within HR, and 2 years within an HRBP capaiicity within a corporate environment, with strength areas in talent management, rewards, local employment laws and change management.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Ability to translate business and financial knowledge into HR strategy
  • Demonstrates a track record in influencing and partnering key stakeholders of different cultural backgrounds
  • A proactive and agile personality, with a genuine interest in people.
