The Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, you will be supervising the PTP team to ensure day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoicing and payments transactions are processed within agreed timelines and company policies. With your extensive experience, you will also be responsible for implementing best practices to ensure continuous improvements and provide structured coaching and development of the PTP Team
The Successful Applicant
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CA/ACA/ACCA
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Accounts Payable and PTP processes
  • Candidate with IT project experience and transformation experience will be an added advantage
  • Supervisory experience is a pre-requisite
  • Mandarin speaker is preferable
  • You must have leading exposure in a large shared service center
  • Experience in ERP System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
