The Role
Supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance operations, you will:
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet HSE requirements through audits and safety training
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to minimise unplanned downtime
  • Coordinate with production teams to plan and prioritise maintenance activities effectively
  • Maintain accurate records, work orders, and equipment history via CMMS
  • Support spare parts procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management
  • Track KPIs and contribute to cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
A technically strong engineer with a collaborative mindset and a proven track record in FMCG maintenance:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with 3+ years in FMCG manufacturing
  • Practical knowledge of rotating equipment, automation, and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to support and guide maintenance teams and cross-functional stakeholders
