The Role
Drive new business growth and own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment:
  • Proactively seek out and qualify new business opportunities that support the company's strategic growth agenda
  • Grow and sustain a strong pipeline through active networking, industry events, referrals, and market intelligence
  • Craft tailored proposals, pricing models, and tender submissions for prospective clients
  • Lead client presentations and steer commercial discussions through to contract award
  • Partner with internal teams to design compelling, client-specific logistics solutions
  • Keep CRM records current and deliver regular pipeline updates to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
A proven hunter with the commercial sharpness and drive to match:
  • Four to six years' experience in business development, corporate or B2B sales
  • A background in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or food service is a distinct advantage
  • Hands-on experience with RFPs, tender management, and contract negotiations
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
