AR Team Lead / AM (Cash App) - Mandarin Speaker

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Account Receivable (AR) Team Lead / Assistant Manager (CASH APP)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 3-5 people,
  • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders on relevant issues.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with local business
  • Lead / Assist on Continuous Improvement (CI) project and plans
  • Manage cash application activities
  • Review O2C Reports and reconciliations (when required)
  • Monitor the processing of receipts from customers, processing of sales invoices, debit and credit notes
  • Participate in Migration projects plans
  • Review transactions processed by subordinates
  • Prepare and review team performance on a monthly basis

Main Requirements

  • At least 5 years of AR experience, with prior experience in managing people
  • Migration Project / Integration Project / Continuous Improvement experience is highly advantageous
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Experience working in a shared service centre (SSC) will be advantageous
