The Role

Here's what you'll be driving:

• Delivering actionable insights to support long-term strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Identifying trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities across the business
• Overseeing market and expansion analysis to pinpoint optimal locations and consolidation opportunities
• Supporting performance reporting and developing solutions for underperforming areas
• Leading the development of BI dashboards and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Collaborating with senior leadership and department heads to align analytical outputs with business priorities
• Mentoring and developing a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven thinking

What We're Looking For

You'll bring the following to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
• 6+ years in data analysis, operational optimisation or business analytics
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio
• Knowledge of optimisation frameworks, project management methodologies and strategic planning techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
