The Role

• Identify operational challenges and design AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and accelerate delivery
• Apply Python and Generative AI models to real-world scenarios, with a focus on accurate, high-quality, grounded outputs
• Map complex business problems into structured AI-enabled workflows, applying the right models and techniques for each challenge
• Design scalable, secure AI solutions using context engineering, RAG, MCP, and agent-based frameworks, aligned with enterprise governance standards

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on Python experience paired with practical knowledge of Generative AI models, Prompt Engineering, and applied AI use cases (essential)
• Familiarity with AI workflow tooling, including LangChain and Google ADK, would be a significant bonus
• A working knowledge of RAG, MCP, context engineering, agentic architectures, and AI orchestration is highly desirable
• Strong analytical ability and the independence to structure ambiguous problems and deliver under pressure
• Strong written and spoken English for cross-regional collaboration
