The Role
Spanning multiple functions, your day-to-day will include:
  • Translation and interpretation across Portuguese, Mandarin, and English - in meetings, negotiations, and official correspondence
  • Comprehensive administrative support across departments, including document control and records management
  • Regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance monitoring
  • Logistics coordination, including transport and facility operations
  • HR administration support - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
  • Report preparation, dashboards, and management briefing materials
What We're Looking For
You bring language fluency and professional versatility in equal measure:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Translation Studies, HR, or a related field
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Mandarin, and English, written and spoken (all three are essential)
  • Strong coordination, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Open to long-term relocation to Angola
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
