The Role
Working within a specialist modelling team, you'll help build, test, and maintain a common actuarial framework across multiple Asian business units:
  • Implement, test, and maintain a standardised actuarial model across multiple markets
  • Build new product functionality and carry out unit and bulk testing
  • Deliver high-quality code and model merges, ensuring all controls are met before sign-off
  • Liaise with the modelling lead and local business units on model issues and impacts
  • Maintain accurate version control for all model changes within assigned markets
  • Document models and develop validation tools to support audit readiness
  • Conduct back-testing upon receipt of updated model versions
What We're Looking For
Technically strong with a collaborative mindset, you'll bring:
  • 4-6 years of experience in an actuarial modelling capacity
  • An academic background in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • IFOA or SOA qualification, or active progression towards one
  • Practical experience with Prophet or comparable actuarial software
  • Python skills are a strong advantage
  • Prior exposure to a modelling team, Centre of Excellence, or reporting environment
  • A confident understanding of life products and cashflow modelling principles
  • An inquisitive, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine appetite for challenge
