I am an entrepreneurial professional with over 9 years of experience building and growing my own beauty business. Alongside this, I have served as a Technical Director in aesthetics, overseeing operations across the KL and Selangor regions, as well as worked as an insurance agent, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both client service and business development.

Throughout my career, I have led client acquisition, consultations, branding, and day-to-day operations, while driving customer retention through consistently high-quality service. I take pride in building strong, lasting relationships and delivering personalised experiences that meet both client and business goals.

I specialise in HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement within the Global Business Services (GBS) space, partnering with clients to deliver talent solutions across areas such as HR operations, talent acquisition, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain functions. I support hiring across all levels, from entry-level professionals through to senior management roles, ensuring a tailored and consultative approach to every search.
