My recruitment career began over a decade ago with a leading recruitment firm, where I specialized in recruitment, contract management, payroll management, and client engagement, primarily supporting the banking and telecommunications sectors. Over the years, I have grown from being a recruiter to managing the contractor lifecycle, and later to leading a business unit within the Contracting space, delivering end-to-end contracting solutions. Today, I lead Ambition Malaysia's Contracting business. It has been a rewarding journey shaped by building strong partnerships, developing teams, and helping businesses and talent connect.

Roles I Recruit For

One of the things I enjoy most about contracting is its fast-paced and dynamic nature. Over the years, I've recruited for a wide range of roles, from entry-level positions to white-collar, blue-collar, and technology roles across industries including banking, financial services, manufacturing, digital technology, and more. Today, I primarily focus on white-collar and IT contracting roles, partnering with clients across a variety of sectors.

Outside of Ambition

Coming from a big, lively family, I usually spend my downtime enjoying brunch, hosting gatherings, or catching up with family and friends. I also love travelling and experiencing different cultures, especially through their food! I enjoy exploring new places, observing everyday life, and immersing myself in new environments. Outside of that, I'm a passionate animal lover and a strong advocate for animal rescue and adoption.
